I am delighted to have discovered your website. I often wondered over all the years, what became of you and your family. You were just exploring music at the time we went our separate ways, so it’s wonderful to hear now, that you were able to discover your real passion in those childhood years. I seem to remember the very early years, when you weren’t quite sure where you were headed, but you always had a fascinatingly, creative approach to everything you tried. This was certainly inspired, and nurtured, by your parents. I read your bio, and it brought back lots of childhood memories; especially of being invited to birthday trips to the screening room. It really doesn’t come as a surprise to me, to discover the extent of your musical talent. You have a wonderful voice, and I look forward to exploring your music.
Wow. I love it, Julie. It's so you. But where is Joe's Texaco? My favourites are Rain and Lost To You. I always knew you as a piano player but, come to think of it, you were just picking up the guitar as we parted all those years ago. Look at things this way: You can do a lot worse in life than to be compared to Alison Krauss!
Hi I saw your show last night at the Rivoli and thought it was amazing! every sounded great! looking forward to buying the CD thanks
Congratulations Julie
I really am captivated by your work. I can hear many of your influences and you remind me of Susan Ashton, who I've loved for years. She's a legend from Nashville who never really broke out into the mainstream market, but is loved by all the best singer/songwriters and musicians. Julie, you're a star and just keep doing everything the way you're doing it and don't get discouraged by the record industry people. Get yourself a well known entertainment lawyer and let him do all your negotiations for you. Once you get your distribution worked out, then get yourself a business manager who already has several successful artis he's managing. The first contract is never to your advantage, so just make sure that they spend a ton of money promoting you. It's all your money anyway, you just have to give everyone a piece of your pie in order to get them to work with you! Ha Ha ! When the contract comes up for renewal then you renegotiat everything more in your favor. I'll be looking to hear LATELY on the radio soon. People are going to love your music and they'll buy it if they know about it.
Hey Juliana! I'm so delighted to have discovered you through http://www.sellaband.com/juliana-sparks/ So proud to be your shareholder for just $ 10!
Wow! Just heard the album. It must be a great feeling to hear the final tracks. As close to perfection as we'll get on this earthly plane! Congratulations, Yo Vanderkley
Julie, the website is great. I'm so pround of you. After knowing you all of these years, what an accomplishment. Here's to you!
